====================현행시스템분석서====================

The current system analysis is the data that derive the issues of the system that are intended to be implemented through gap analysis between the current system and the needs with the analysis data of the department.

It also becomes a time-consuming and very important analysis material, as the overall system framework is established for future models to have analytical data and implement it through gap analysis in current and future models.

현행시스템 분석은 부서의  분석자료를 가지고 현행시스템 과 니즈 간의 갭 분석을 통하여 구현하고자하는 시스템의 이슈들을 도출하는 자료가 된다.

또한 나중에 미래 모델에 분석 자료를 가지고 현행시스템과 미래 모델에 갭분석을 통하여 구현하고자 하는 전체적인 시스템 틀이 잡혀지기 때문에, 시간이 많이 들어가는 반면 아주 중요한 분석 자료가 된다

1. Collecting data related to the current system

1) Three teams shall be organized according to the characteristics of the data collected in order to collect data related to the current system.

- Information system configuration/features and interface data collection team: Information system configuration map, information system function configuration map, information system interface status

- Current System Architecture and Software Data Collection Team: Current System Architecture and Software Configuration Diagram

- Hardware and Network Data Collection Team: Hardware Configuration Diagram, Network Configuration Diagram

- It is necessary to clearly distinguish teams according to the nature of the collection data.



2. Analysis of collected data

- Collect and refine collected information, and delete duplicate or invalid information.

1) Uncertain parts are checked and specifically investigated through analysis and design steps.

1) Issues and problems of the current system are identified.



3. Prepare the output based on the analysis results

1) The results shall be prepared based on the analysis results of each acquisition data.

1) The details of issues and problems of the current system shall be included in the output.




4. Conducting a review of the output

1) The results prepared by each team should be reviewed and their opinions are presented.

1) The output should be revised and finalized to reflect the opinions of other teams.

The organization and R&R (Role & Responsibility) and procedures for performing current system analysis are as follows.



(LA)

- Collect the output of the current system and identify the areas associated with the target system.

1) The composition system of the current system is derived and characteristics are prepared.

Software Architects

(SA)

1) The current system's application and software status and soft architecture style should be written.

1) The internal and external linkage targets of the current system shall be identified and methods and cycles shall be prepared for each linkage target.

Technical Architect

(TA)

1) H/W composition, S/W composition, and N/W composition should be prepared, and specifications for each component should be prepared.

1) The current status of information operation, such as operation organization, information protection policy, standardization policy, and system use status, etc. shall be identified and prepared.

Data Architects

(DA)

1) The current database composition status of the current system and table status by subject area should be prepared.

UX Planner

1) The information structure and screen layout / movement pattern are analyzed for the current system.

- Identify the menu structure of the current system and the analyst maps the screen list for each menu.

Future model analysis refers to an analysis of future work processes that will be improved.

With good analysis of current systems, future models can be designed without much difficulty for systems that are intended to be implemented later.

 

미래모델 분석서는 미래에 개선될 업무 프로세스에 대한 분석를 뜻한다. 현행시스템 분석을 잘해 놓으면 나중에 구현하고자 하는 시스템에 대해 큰 어려움 없이 미래모델을 분석할수 있다.
